Traditional Meatloaf - Another true comfort food! Made in individual pans, our meatloaf is moist and delicious! Moussaka with Ground Beef - Eggplant and ground meat, layered in a casserole with a tomato and Bechamel sauce. Sloppy Joe - Come home from work and assemble this family favorite! Pot-Roast - Tender roast simmered with potatoes, carrots and onions, with a rich brown gravy! Can be used in Slow Cooker! Beef Bourguignon - A classic French delight! Beef & Burgundy with mushrooms and tender pearl onions! Steak Diane - Boneless steak (tenderloin or strip) sautéed with a sauce of shallots, stock, brandy, Dijon mustard and butter! Beef Fajitas - Marinated and broiled skirt steak and all the trimmings are left for you to assemble. Can substitute chicken as well. Make as part of a Mexican Night! Ole! Lamb Kababs - Marinated lamb is skewered with red peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms. Can be either broiled or left for you to grill! Veal Scaloppini - Traditional recipe. Thin medallions of veal are sautéed and simmered in Marsala Wine and mushrooms. Basil Crusted Veal Chops - Thick chops are coated with fresh basil and parmesan cheese!
