Roast Pork Loin

 

Apple-Current Roast Pork – Loin or tenderloin marinated in apple concentrate, current preserves, and red pepper seasoning.  Sweet and spicy.

Bone-in Roast Pork Loin – Rubbed with fresh herbs and spices, this roast is loaded with flavor and basted with pan juices!

Mojo Pork – Tenderloins are baked with a Spanish, Citrus Mojo and topped with caramelized onions!

Teriyaki Glaze Loin – Light and subtle.  This dish is also perfect for grilling.

Hoisin Glaze Tenderloin – Marinated with Chinese Hoisin Sauce, soy and garlic.

Apricot Glaze Tenderloin – Apricots and garlic glaze these tenderloins for a mouth watering meal!

Bar-B-Q Pulled Pork – This tender and juicy roast is slow cooked in beer and shredded.  Mom’s preferred sauce is KC Masterpiece Spice Original.  Use in either sandwiches or as part of a platter!  Also great for slow cookers!

Baby Back Spare Ribs – Spicy & Sweet ‘n’ Spicy!  BBQ or Asian!

Pork Satay Kebabs – Pork sirloin that are cut into cubes and marinated in lite coconut milk are then threaded with onion and broiled or left for grilling.  Served with a slightly spicy peanut sauce!

Pork Scaloppini – Thin medallions cook quickly in a glaze of shallots, lemon, and butter!

Pork Chops topped with Fruit – Boneless loin chops are browned and topped with seasonal fruit sauce!

German Pork Pot – Tender pork shoulder steaks sit atop a sweet mixture of sliced apples, onions, and sauerkraut.  Sliced Kielbasa gets thrown in and the whole pot cooks for hours.  The aroma will bring them running to the table!

Sausage and Peppers – Sweet or spicy or Italian sausage is cooked with onions, red, yellow and orange peppers!  Great with tortillas or over pasta!
